All weeks start on a Saturday, except for the Christmas and New Year period. There is a £10 surcharge per dog and electricity is charged by meter reading. The Steadings is on a private water supply.

We provide: Duvet and duvet cover, two pillows and underblanket/mattress covers, electric blankets on the double bed and two twin beds in large twin room, bath mats, cleaning materials, tea towels and a generous starter load of wood, with plenty more to be gathered. There is Free Wireless Internet Access'

Please bring: Bottom sheets, pillowcases and towels.

Provided on request: Linen and towels (£10 per person). High chair and cot (no bedding)

Damage Deposit. There is a £100 D.D. which is refunded minus the electricity bill. This should be paid with the balance of the rent, two weeks before the start of the letting.
